The bot learns about the individuals interests, preferences and in the meantime scans the individuals LinkedIn profile to find out about the current role, experience and handy business contacts. With the provided data, the software draws through job offering portals and suggests perfectly tailed jobs for every individual with a one click to apply option.

Searching for a job implies scrolling through hundreds of job offerings out of which only very few match the individuals preferences.

Ordinary job offering platforms provide minor filter options for division, seniority and location. However, they do not reflect the individuals complex set of criteria which can hardly be reflected by a standard job searching engine and pure job listings. In addition, recruiter spend an unnecessary amount time to sort out applications which do not meet the positions requirements. Both, the applicant and the recruiter could save time.
